pittsfield-jew

The first post says it all Shalom, This is the home of the Pittsfield Jew. Sure its neat to read about Jews in Brooklyn who are very observant but how about a not so observant Jew who lives in the Mid West?

Wednesday

Jesse has a big bladder. The biggest bladder the pediatric urologist has ever seen. Angelina took him in for a check up today. He had the ultrasound yesterday. Today Jonny sent Kristina an email because she wrote back. They went to the beach and she layed it on thick about how nice it is there. What is implied, "My advice to you is to let your wife to let you and your family vacation with us at our beach house." Jonny escapes work and life in general. Hmmm spell has been broken for a while now. He does it by reading King Bongo by Thomas Sanchez. He is on page 54 of this book about Havana. The setting is Cuba, 1957. Today Jonny listened to the parsha again. He was very tired but too busy to be tired. Pulled in a lot of different directions. The weight loss is going well for him. Lorraine was sick yesterday. She didn't go to school. Last night she went into Jonny's bed and he slept in her bed. Much to crowded with Angelina, Jonny and Lorraine in the same bed. It wasn't easy sleeping in an upper bunk bed. At around 6AM Lorraine woke him up to tell him he could go back to his own bed. Jonny went back to sleep. At 6:22 Angelina woke him up. Then he climbed down and walked the dogs. The rain was horrible. Jonny had to drop Lorraine off at her friend Marc Anthony's house. He has siblings and the mom will take all the kids to school. Her school starts around 9AM and Jonny needs to get to work long before that. Well more like 8:30. After the bus ride and the walk through Hotel California it was 8:45. By the time he was done emailing his mother it was 9AM. But if it wasn't for this car pool arrangement Jonny would have been doing those things at 9AM instead of 8:45. This was all because Jesse had his pediatric apppointment today. Jonny and Angelina had to wrestle Jesse to the ground to get him ready this morning.
