pittsfield-jew

The first post says it all Shalom, This is the home of the Pittsfield Jew. Sure its neat to read about Jews in Brooklyn who are very observant but how about a not so observant Jew who lives in the Mid West?

Monday

By the time 2PM rolls around Jonny is in no mood to write. He listened to the parsha chanting today. Over the weekend the family didn't go to services. Alberta had a basketball game. The whole family went to that. Sunday they had an open house. Lorraine, Alberta and Jesse went to religious school. After school Bill Maul picked them up. Like Jonny he had all 5 kids in the car. On the way Jonny drove. He called Kristina. But after a few minutes had to hang up because William De Meo was screaming too loudly. Margo Winkler was in the car. Alberta came home. Lorraine and Jesse went with Bill and Jennifer Badger's children to McDonalds. They played and ate. Jonny and Angelina did the final prep work. They went all in one car to pick up Lorraine and Jesse at the McDonalds on Ann Arbor Saline Road. Then they went to great clips. Jonny and Jesse got their haircut. Then Angelina dropped them all off at the library. The dogs were in the car this whole time. Jonny listened to parsha discussion at work today. Now he is listening to Brachos 31 a with the option of reading it online. He is up to page 175 of The Long Suit. At the library he picked up a ZZ top cd and two books on CD. Jesse played games. The hour went fairly quick. Last night was the superbowl. Jonny's parents went to the beach for the weekend. Jonny ate way too much for dinner last night. He really wants to lose some weight. There was a snow storm and he tried to shovel snow and hurt his back. He balanced the check book over the weekend. Jonny was unable to do situps for a day. Spell check is broken in blogger. Jonny will be going back to Hotel California tomorrow. He has religious school pick up today. OK ten minutes of writing are up, bye.
